The Scottish Fair Trade Forum is calling for nominations for Interim Board Members for 2008-09. Each of 4 membership categories – 'Individuals,' 'Small Businesses & Organisations,' 'Medium-sized Businesses & Organisations' & 'Large Businesses & Organisations' – will be able to elect up to 3 Board Members per category.
Nominees can be self-nominated or nominated by others and should be members of the Forum. Click here to download a nomination form and click here for a membership form.
Nomination forms must be received by post by 5PM Wednesday January 16, 2008 & elections will be held at a General Meeting in Glasgow on Saturday 2 February 2008.

All postal votes and membership fees must be received by January 31, 2008. Voting will be weighted according to membership, as shown on the scale below:

Small group/business (1-5 people) / 2 votes
Medium sized group business (5-10 people) / 3 votes
Large organisation/business (10+ people) / 4 votes
