Have replaced Events system with short notice explaining how we will use this section of the website. Replace with full functioning system once we are ready to roll it out and take Event postings

Also added very brief notice about AGM on Feb 2

Add further basic fields to user profiles, and made Users list available in the restricted menu 

I have now added in the Simplenews module.

This allows the easy creation of newsletters to be sent out to subscribers by email. Newsletters are archived, and registered users can manage their subscriptions to different newsletters.

Each newsletter comes with an automatic personalised unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

I have decided to start a blog on this SFTF website to record the changes I make. How long it survives depends on how I, and others find it useful.

For anyone interested, this website is running on Drupal, an Open-Source Content Management System. It is being hosted by a London based company GreenNet who are providing support.
