February 25 marks the beginning of Fairtrade Fortnight 2008, during which there are scores of Fair Trade activities planned to take place around Scotland. Many of the events have been posted on our website and can be found under the 'Events' section at www.sftf.org.uk.

The Scottish Fair Trade Forum is hosting a visit by Kenyan Fairtrade tea producer and environmental activist Julius Ethang'atha. Julius and I will be visiting different locations around Scotland during Fairtrade Fortnight, participating in events organised by local groups, schools and councils.
