Nominations for our 2015 Scottish Fair Trade Awards are open across the 5 categories : Volunteer of the Year, Community, Innovation, Campaigner of the Year and Outstanding Achievement !
The results will be announced at the awards ceremony in Glasgow on the 24th November - more details to follow soon.
If you believe you know a certain individual, group or organisation you think should be nominated for an award then simply complete the nomination form and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 9th November 2015 to ensure that your nomination is considered. You can nominate as many individuals, groups or organisations as you like, in as many categories as you like!
Please do nominate anyone you think deserves an award and spread the word to lots of people! Happy Nominating!
The award categories and criteria for nominees are as follows:
Volunteer of the Year Award - Any volunteer who has shown outstanding commitment to Fair Trade over the past year can be nominated
Community Award - Any individual, group or organisation (e.g. faith group, school, business or community) that has done exceptional campaigning for Fair Trade in their community can be nominated
Innovation Award - Any individual, group or organisation that has created an innovative campaign or approach to campaigning for the Fair Trade movement can be nominated
Campaigner of the Year -Any individual, group or organisation that has been campaigning for Fair Trade over the past twelve months can be nominated
Outstanding Achievement Award - Any individual, group or organisation that has demonstrated consistent outstanding commitment to Fair Trade and continually made significant achievements through Fair Trade campaigning can be nominated
