Fairtrade sticker has three levels: bronze, silver and gold
A new Glasgow Fair Trade sticker was launched on 1 March at a business breakfast event held in the City Chambers as part of the 2016 Fairtrade Fortnight. The new sticker was created by The Glasgow Fair Trade Co-operative and was developed after a review of the current Glasgow shops supplying Fair Trade stock. The sticker lets passers-by know a business sells Fairtrade products and has three levels: bronze, silver and gold. Each category represents an increased level of commitment to Fair Trade. The stickers were designed by Glasgow school kids who worked in collaboration with council designers.
