Martin Rhodes (Scottish Fair Trade Forum), Anak Norm (Villageworks) with Lord Provost Eva Bolander
Ahead of this year’s World Fair Trade Day, the Scottish Fair Trade Forum has created and launched a photographic exhibition which explores the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and Scotland’s expanding links to this global network. The exhibition will be available for community organisations across Scotland to use to further promote these links and Scotland’s commitment to Fair Trade.
See below for details on how to order the exhibition.
Featuring photos from WFTO members from around the world, the exhibition explores WFTO, its verification system and label whilst also charting the development of the partnership between WFTO Guarantee System members, Villageworks in Cambodia and Fair Trade Scotland Limited who are working together to bring Fair Trade tartan products to the market.
The exhibition was launched at the City of Glasgow College by Lord Provost Eva Bolander and Anak Norm of Villageworks with the support of Hand Up Events, Fair Trade Scotland Limited, City of Glasgow College and students from the college's Retail and Marketing course.
The Scottish Fair Trade Forum would like to thank everyone involved in bringing the exhibition to life.
