The Home Economics Department at Uddingston Grammar organised an inspired Fair Trade Recipe Competition with financial help from the Scottish Fair Trade Forum's Small Grant Scheme. Students participated with great enthusiasm and were extremely inventive at creating new recipes with Fair Trade products. Uddingston Grammar is now putting many of the mouth-watering recipes the S1 students created into a Fair Trade recipe book, which will then be sold in the school.
