Holyrood Fair Trade Group and Malawian Fair Trade Crafts 2013
Holyrood Fair Trade Group has established a partnership with the Thyolo Papermakers in Malawi. Their partners produce environmentally friendly, 'pure' Fair Trade craft items.
Holyrood currently (2016) has a large range of items for sale at half price. All proceeds will go directly to their partners and will be used to fund education in Malawi, housing for the Elderly and provision for HIV orphans. Among the items for sale are large pictures made from recycled materials, various packs of cards and necklaces.

Read all about the Fairtrade Extravaganza Holyrood Secondary organised on 2 September 2010 to celebrate achieving Fairtrade School Status. It was a huge affair with guest politicians Robert Brown MSP, Tom Harris MP, Patrick Harvie MSP, Anne McLaughlan MSP and David Martin MEP.
